Varavon Video & DSLR Camera Sliders: The range of sliders from Varavon really does provide something for everyone. Whether you're a, run-and-gun corporate shooter or you're filming for a movie Varavon's got you covered.
The current range available through PROtog includes models from the SlideCam Lite, SlideCam S, SlideCam V and SlideCam EX + series of sliders. Along with this, there are a number of motorised slider kits available too. Available in various lengths, each series has a different width of channel to support everything from a CSC camera, like the Panasonic GH3, through to a cinema camera like the 1DC or C300 from Canon.
All sliders feature stainless steel runners and are able to be tripod or light stand mounted thanks to built in 1/4" and 3/8" threads. Surface mounting is also easy thanks to the quick and simple leg adjustment system featured on all models.
Varavon TiltJibs: The TiltJib range comprises four models of different lengths. All are made from the highest quality materials and have some very clever design points that really put them out in front of the competition.
The range starts with the TiltJib T1, which is a mini jib at 1 meter in length. The the TiltJib T2 at 1.9m, the T3 at 2.9m and lastly the T4 at 3.8m.
No matter what you're shooting, be it weddings, real estate, corporate events, films or if you just want to take your family videos to the next level, a Varavon TiltJib is ideal for you. Easily mounted to any fluid head video tripod, set-up ranges between 5 and 15 mins (depending on the model). Once you're set the TiltJib allows you to move the camera independent of the crane itself to help you with complex framing of shots and tracking of moving subjects.
All models come in a great carry bag and the T2 and T3 are expandable to larger sizes should you need a longer crane in the future.
Varavon MultiFinders: Composing a shot off the LCD screen of your DSLR is a little tough in bright light. Making sure you've got accurate focus when shooting with a shallow depth of field is even tougher. Thanks to the Varavon range of Multi Finders though, that jobis a lot easier.
With specific models for Canon 5D III and Nikon D800, as well as a universal unit, the Multi Finder system is aimed squarely at the HDSLR shooter who demands quality and precision.
Fitting a Multi Finder up to your camera body is quick and easy. Once fitted you can use the loupe to get an un-cluttered, clear view of your LCD screen, or open the Multi Finder and utilise the built in mirror system for low angle shooting.
LCD Viewfinders are also available for the popular range of Panasonic GH1, GH2 and GH3 models.
