This trigger is for Canon DSLR cameras, and can be used to control the Jinbei TTL studio lights, including the HD610, Mars3, HD400 and MSN TTL range.
It can also be used to also natively controls Canon RT speedlight flashes, including the 600EX-RT and the 430EX-III RT.
Great trigger for the Jinbei HD610's12 November 2016
This is a really good trigger. The only things I can fault it on are: 1. Trigger doesn't seem to work properly when in continuous/burst/motor drive mode (whatever you want to call it). It reverts to power level 3.0 and cannot be adjusted, in both TTL and manual mode. This renders the trigger useless. It took me a while to figure this one out as I usually leave my cameras on continuous rather than single shot. Maybe this could be updated with a firmware update but I couldn't find any firmware updates. The Jinbei website doesn't even seem to list the HD610 on their product lineup. 2. chews through AA batteries (I use enveloop rechargeables to save money). 3. Seems to have problems turning on sometimes. Solution is to turn trigger on before turning camera on. I would still recommend this product, would be great to fix these bugs though.

Protog Reply: Hi John, the triggers will sense the camera being set to "continuous drive" and defaults to the setting needed to keep up with continuous drive, that being bower level 3, 2 up from minimum power. Firmware is will be updated and we will keep you informed when this happens. John Nguyen Reply: Thanks for the info, that makes sense.
